Beach Trip 2013

As you have probably notice I have not been keeping this blog up to date.  To tell the truth I kind of forget about it for weeks at a time and when I do think about it I don't take the time to post stuff.  We have been busy with all star softball and trying to get a mini vacation to the beach in.  We had to go to the beach in shifts so Emily and Brandon would not miss practices.  Since we were breaking up the time we were there we decided to have 2 of the kids friends come along to help keep them company.  This was an adventure and I think the kids had a blast.  There was never a dull moment while we were gone!  It was funny because it was Father's Day weekend and all 4 girls look like they could all be sisters.  This got us free drinks at Thorny's Steakhouse and we got quite a few questions about "our" girls ages.  See we had one 12 year old, one 11 year old, and two 7 year olds. Sometimes we would just roll with the comments made and sometimes we would explain.  It's just easier to claim all 4 as ours and go with it!  Hilarious!!!  I got some much needed tanning and reading done as all 4 girls climbed and jumped on Brandon in the pool and ocean.  He told me I was just waiting for him to get there on Saturday so he could babysit!  BINGO!!  I took full advantage of it until he left Monday.
